1. What is permanent jewelry?
~ Our permanent jewelry can be bracelets, necklaces, rings, or anklets that are custom fit to you. We micro-weld the piece of your choice together without a clasp.
2. Do I need to make an appointment to get permanent jewelry?
~ Appointments are highly recommended to make sure we have one of our jewelry experts ready to help you when you get here. To make an appointment call or text us at: (740) 653-6402
3. What type of metals are available?
~ We have options in 14k yellow, white, or rose gold, sterling silver, as well as yellow and rose gold plated.
4. How much does it cost?
~ Our bracelets start around $60 for up to a 7" chain. This includes the installation. Chain prices vary based on style/material and bracelet length.
5. How long will it stay on?
~ Your permanent jewelry will stay on for as long as you want (under normal wear and tear conditions). If for some reason you need to take it off, simply cut the chain and save it. We can re-weld it for you anytime! If the chain is missing a new chain will need to be purchased. Abuse and/or normal wear and tear are not included in the free re-welding.
6. What if it breaks?
~ If it breaks at the installation site, save the chain, bring it back in and we will be happy to re-weld it for you.
7. Can I go through airport security with my permanent jewelry?
~ Yes. TSA does not ask you to remove fine jewelry. So, you can enjoy your permanent jewelry during all your travels!
8. Can I get an MRI with permanent jewelry?
~ Always contact your medical professional for requirements. All your permanent jewelry should be removed for an MRI. Save your chain and we will be happy to re-weld it for you.
9. Who should not get permanent jewelry?
~ Again, contact your medical professional for requirements and questions/concerns. Those with implanted medical devices should not get permanent jewelry due to the welding process. We would be happy to make you a custom fit piece and simply add a clasp.

~ If you need to remove your bracelet, this can be done by using a sharp pair of kitchen shears. Simply cut the chain at the installation site.

~ We welcome all ages to get permanent jewelry. The process does require you to be still for a moment, so we recommend anyone under the age of 13 be accompanied by an adult.
12. Can I give permanent jewelry as a gift?
~ Absolutely! We recommend purchasing a gift certificate for the desired amount.
